Rotarian Action Group for Microcredit

Ending poverty together one small loan at a time.

What is RAGM?
The Rotarian Action Group for Microfinance and Community Development is a group of Rotarians whose purpose is to provide global leadership to assist clubs and districts to participate in effective Microfinance and Community Development programs. This Rotarian Action Group operates in accordance with Rotary International policy, but is not an agency of, or controlled by, Rotary International.

The Rotarian Action Group for Microfinance and Community Development (RAGM) is the official microfinance vehicle of Rotarians focusing on alleviating poverty.

RAGM proudly offers, through its approximately 500 members and 1,500 e-mail circulation list, help for successful microfinance projects.

RAGM members are supported in writing articles, stories and vignettes for publication.

RAGM co-hosts microfinances conferences in Toronto, Calgary and Victoria with more conferences being planned to reach Rotarians around the World.

RAGM guides members in the process of gaining financial support.

RAGM members are early adapters to the suite of financial services being developed for the poor.

RAGM helps source field trips, study and employment opportunities in developing countries for Rotary members interested in getting more involved in microfinance.
